Our Inclusion Golf Learning pathway is set up and designed to contribute to providing an opportunity to people from all walks of life to have a go at our wonderful sport called golf!
Over the years South Australia has been fortunate enough to have different inclusive groups who get together to enjoy the sport of golf. This program will provide an opportunity not only for those golfers to enhance their skills but also for people who might not have had the opportunity to learn the game of golf to have a go within a safe comfortable environment that suits their needs. Participants within the program will have the opportunity to build confidence and friendships through the program curriculum and in turn this will provide a healthy and inspiring environment through the interactions involved.
The program is run in conjunction with the City of Adelaide, Golf SA and Inclusive sport SA who each contribute to the program and in turn provide access and learning opportunities for the groups involved.
The program is mainly based out of the Par 3 on Torrens course located within the North Adelaide golf course precinct. From the coaching and play participants receive here they will then progress to play the North and of course our premier Championship course the South as their skills and confidence progress.
